We're Hiring: Enterprise Sales Leader (Founding Team SaaS Remote US Market)

Remote (India-based) 6-13 Years Experience US Time Zone (up to 4:00 AM IST)

Annual CTC: 56-75 LPA

We're hiring on behalf of our client - a high-growth, VC-backed SaaS startup building next-generation billing and pricing infrastructure for modern software companies.

This is a founding sales role with unmatched autonomy and upside. If you're a senior enterprise sales professional with a track record in closing $100K+ US-based SaaS deals, this could be the most rewarding role of your career.

What You'll Own

Drive end-to-end sales from first touch to close with large North American enterprises

Independently source leads and manage pilots (free trials) with long, complex sales cycles

Execute consultative sales with CXO stakeholders, especially CFOs

Collaborate closely with Engineering & Product teams to deliver custom demos and implementations

Build and optimize sales processes, define the playbook from scratch

Lay the foundation to build a world-class enterprise sales team

Drive strategic partnerships with fractional CFOs, ISVs, accounting firms, etc.

You're a Great Fit If You Have:

6+ years in B2B SaaS/ERP sales, focused on US enterprise clients

4+ years in direct enterprise sales to North America with deal sizes of $100K+

️ Experience managing 3-6 month sales cycles with top-tier clients

️ A proven track record of beating quota, building pipeline, and CRM discipline

️ Prior success as an early AE at a startup, owning GTM strategy

️ Hunger to own, build, experiment, and scale - this is a 0 1 opportunity

️ Ability to work in the US time zone (till 4 AM IST)

️ Experience selling to the CFO persona and knowledge of CPQ, billing, or accounting software is a plus

️ MBA from a Tier-1 institution is a bonus (but not mandatory)
