Overview:

Elevate your career as our ERP Program Manager, where you'll lead the development, implementation, and ongoing optimization of our supply chain ERP system. Reporting to the North American Supply Chain Director, this role is essential to CHAGEE's U.S. expansion-integrating supply chain, finance, and operations into a single system to drive operational excellence and scalability. You'll work cross-functionally with local and global stakeholders to streamline processes, implement best practices, and ensure successful adoption through change management.


What you'll do:

  • Develop and implement regional ERP strategies for the supply chain, identifying process improvement opportunities and integrating global best practices.
  • Serve as the program lead for ERP implementation, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring successful delivery against project objectives.
  • Manage project resources, including third-party vendors and contractors, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with CHAGEE's goals.
  • Develop and execute a change management plan, including stakeholder engagement, training, and communication strategies to drive successful ERP adoption.
  • Oversee the design, build, and deployment of a comprehensive ERP system that integrates with other internal and external systems (e.g., finance, operations, 3PL WMS).
  • Establish a service plan to support the long-term maintenance and performance of the ERP system.
  • Lead cross-functional discussions and present data and system recommendations to regional and global leadership teams.

Experience you need to be successful:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7+ years of experience leading ERP programs, preferably with platforms such as SAP or NetSuite.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional ERP projects from development to deployment in a supply chain, food services, or logistics context.
  • Strong vendor and contractor management experience.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials preferred.
  • High level of commercial acumen and strategic thinking with strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, matrixed, and global business environment.
  • Familiarity with 3PL and WMS systems and experience resolving integration challenges between platforms.

The expected base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000. Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on considerations including (but not limited to): relevant knowledge and experience for this position, skills, education, certifications and more.
