Job Opportunity: ERP Implementation Consultant

Overview: We are working with a leading organization to find an ERP Implementation Consultant to oversee the migration and transformation of HR data from legacy systems to new ERP platforms. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring data integrity and minimizing risks during the migration process, while overseeing data validation and transformation efforts.

This position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and validate data conversion exercises. You will be responsible for driving data quality improvements and ensuring that all HR data is accurately mapped, cleansed, and migrated according to organizational needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the ERP implementation and data conversion process for HR lifecycle data, ensuring accurate and seamless migration.
  • Manage data extraction, mapping, cleansing, and validation to ensure data accuracy and completeness during the transition to the new ERP system.
  • Develop scripts to extract and transform data from legacy systems to ERP platforms.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure that data migration aligns with the organization's requirements and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development and structuring of data within the ERP system in collaboration with IT teams.
  • Lead efforts to identify and resolve data issues, focusing on improving overall data quality and system functionality.
  • Coordinate with external vendors or third-party partners to ensure successful data migration and validation.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $130,000 - $160,000 (location-specific).

Who We're Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of five years of experience in ERP system integrations and data migrations, particularly for HR-related modules.
  • At least three years of leadership experience in managing ERP implementation projects and data conversion efforts.
  • Strong expertise in data analysis, profiling, and data transformation for ERP systems.
  • Experience with HCM data loads and system migrations to ERP platforms.
  • Proven ability to lead data validation and cleansing efforts across large-scale ERP implementation projects.
  • Experience writing SQR (Structured Query Reports) for data extraction and transformation during ERP migrations.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with ERP implementations, particularly with Workday or other HRIS systems.
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft data structures or other legacy HR systems.
  • Familiarity with coding languages like Java, JavaScript, or Python for automation and data transformation.
