Avery Products is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Enterprise Resources Planning Business Analyst to support the successful implementation of a new ERP system which will replace our legacy order to cash system. You will act as a key liaison between business units, stakeholders, and vendor's project leader, to ensure the ERP system meets the organization's operational needs while unlocking new capabilities in data management, and process optimization. This role will focus on identifying, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, streamlining workflows, and enabling cross-departmental alignment to maximize the ERP system's impact.

What you will be doing:
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders from various departments (e.g., Customer service, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and IT) to understand and document business needs.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of current processes, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Cross-Departmental Coordination:
- Identify and map dependencies between departments to ensure alignment and consistency in ERP functionalities.
- Facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams to drive consensus on system design and priorities.
ERP System Design and Implementation Support:
- Work closely with the ERP implementation team to validate that the system aligns with business requirements.
- Participate in system configuration, customization, and testing to ensure it supports day-to-day operations and strategic goals.
- Assist in defining user roles, workflows, and permissions within the ERP system.
Data Management:
- Support the integration of advanced data management tools within the ERP to enhance decision-making and process automation.
- Ensure data integrity and develop strategies for migration, cleansing, and validation.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Develop and execute test cases to ensure system functionality, usability, and performance.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback to the implementation team for necessary adjustments.
Training and Change Management:
- Partner with training teams to develop user-friendly documentation, training materials, and workshops.
- Act as a change agent to support employee adoption of the new system and processes.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify post-implementation enhancements and provide ongoing support to ensure the ERP system evolves with business needs.
What you need to succeed:
ERP Implementation Experience:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in full-cycle ERP system implementation projects.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in general IT system implementation, with expertise in requirement gathering, creating use cases, and leading user testing initiatives
- Hands-on experience with one or more ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, GlobalShop, etc.).
