Sunflower Bank, N.A. is looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to fill the position of a full-time Enterprise Learning Analyst at our Dallas, TX location.

Summary

In support of the Bank's learning needs, the Enterprise Learning Analyst is responsible for administration of the Learning Plan and Learning Management System (LMS). As a member of the Enterprise Risk Division (ERD) team, you will partner closely with the division to develop and support training programs for professionals across the Enterprise Risk Division and the broader organization.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Administration of the Enterprise's Learning Management System.
  • Development and administration of the Enterprise Learning Program.
  • Partner closely with senior business stakeholders to perform needs analysis, develop training strategy and execute all aspects of training programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners on best practices for presenting and facilitating effective presentations and training.
  • Remain current with policies, procedures, technologies, current practices, and stay abreast of emerging trends in adult learning to ensure consistency of best practices in educational and developmental programs.
  • Support new and ongoing departmental initiatives, programs, systems, and projects.
  • Perform the job in accordance with applicable industry laws and regulations as well as the policies and procedures established by the company.
  • Responsible for upholding Fair and Responsible Banking practices and Code of Ethics and Conduct guidelines.
  • Understand and participate in the Bank's Community Reinvestment Act program.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Education / Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a financial institution or related industry with progressive responsibilities related to creation, delivery, and management of training and learning programs.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Performance Management Systems and running reports to assist in analyzing trends.
  • Experience utilizing content creation software systems (Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, etc.).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and productively in virtual team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, Adobe, Teams, and ABA Frontline platform or similar platform
  • Core business hours are generally 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. However, this position will require work to be performed outside of normal business hours based on Company operations across different time zones.
