Your Role: As an Enterprise Data and AI/ML Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our Data Platform architecture and integrating it with AI/ML solutions. In this position, you will:
- Lead the architecture and design for various business and tech initiatives related to Data Platforms, enhancing AI/ML capabilities across different systems, such as Ecommerce, Web/Mobile, Digital Marketing, and Retail Systems.
- Design and oversee the creation of pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and feature engineering.
- Establish scalable data and AI/ML architectures integrating structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data sources.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate business challenges into ML solutions, guiding the development and deployment of ML models from experimentation to production.
- Apply extensive knowledge of ML-Ops, focusing on model deployments, monitoring, and version control.
- Promote organizational practices in Data Engineering, including Data Democratization and Data Mesh approaches, while creating effective Data Products.

What We're Looking For: - Strong background in Digital, E-Commerce, and Web technologies (E-Commerce Platforms, Digital Marketing Tools, Search, Personalization).
- Foundational knowledge of internet and web operations.
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming, RDBMS, and modern NoSQL database design and querying languages.
- Experience with Microservices and REST services.
- Expertise in the E-Commerce and Digital domains, with a focus on Personalization technologies.
- Proven track record of supporting large-scale E-Commerce and Digital initiatives.
- Experience designing modern Cloud and Microservices architectures.
- Familiarity with next-generation technologies, particularly in AI and ML.
- Hands-on experience with public cloud environments (MS Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Proficiency in modern microservices architecture using Service Mesh, API Gateways, and Native Cloud Technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Ability to engage in meaningful discussions with cross-functional teams and deep dive into solution specifics.
- A passion for creating high-quality business and user-facing solutions, along with a drive for direct interactions to establish goals and strategies.
- A proactive approach to exploring new technologies for enhancing our technological future.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
- 7+ years of experience as an Enterprise Architect.
- 10+ years of experience in Data Platforms and the E-Commerce sector.
