Role Summary

Enterprise Customer Service Representatives help with assigned accounts by acting as a point of contact within the company for all questions such as quotes, samples, art approvals, ship dates and any other requests.

Pay rate: $17.00-$20.00/hour based on experience.

Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Summary of Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls and emails from assigned enterprise portfolio
  • Communicating with clients to ensure that all their needs are understood and addressed
  • Providing expert-level labeling knowledge and solutions
  • Accurate quoting of labeling, shrink sleeve, and packet products
  • General administrative duties
  • Troubleshooting customer issues
  • Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests
  • Recommend materials and adhesives based on application requirements
  • Work with outside salesforce to meet customer needs including samples, art approvals, and managing ship dates.
  • Building relationships with assigned customers
Required Skills
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong typing and computer skills (40+ wpm)
  • Ability to interface well with all levels of management
  • Ability to work well in a team environment as well as on your own
  • Self-motivated and solution-oriented

Experience Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant experience with account management/customer service in the print/label industry is recommended.
