Title: Enterprise Business Support Specialist

In this role you will provide professional critical support for the Customer Care department. Provide timely and accurate order management within Enterprise Resource Planning system.

Job Description:

Order to invoice experience in B2B environment.

Answers incoming phone calls from our Business Clients and respond in a timely matter.

Provide full scale to mid to enterprise size logistics accounts.

Maintain and nurture assigned Midmarket and Enterprise.

Assist customers with placing orders, providing quotes or providing order status over the phone or via email.

Use critical thinking skills to resolve customer concerns such as product search, pricing and invoicing discrepancies, and facilitate returns.

Provides a comprehensive service in a high performance, customer-focused environment with respect to Customer Care procedures.

Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols

Manage shared inbox and respond to client inquiries promptly

Submit complaints and follow up on resolutions

Onboard new logistics accounts and provide tools to better manage account

Illustrate product and service expertise

Providing first class service and communication in a phone and e-mail environment

Requirements:
+1 Years of industrial supply or manufacturing experience. Will consider industry adjacent.
+ 2 years of B2B customer service specifically product and ordering support (Required)

Previous Logistics order management of mid size to enterprise accounts (Required

Previous administrative and account management experience (Required)

Expert communication via written and verbal communication

Computer and Technology Savvy

Previous ERP experience (Required)

Proficient in Data management and product
