Enterprise Architect with Security Clearance

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an Enterprise Architect to join a Federal Program located in Colorado Springs, CO . The Enterprise Architect will support National Security by designing and overseeing the overall infrastructure. Responsibilities of the Enterprise Architect include: Develop and communicate the enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and principles to align with business goals and technology roadmaps. Collaborate with business leaders and IT teams to translate business needs into architectural solutions. Analyze current architecture, identify areas for improvement, and create a roadmap for transitioning to the target state. Design and document comprehensive enterprise-level architectures, ensuring integration and scalability. Define and enforce architectural standards and best practices for consistency and interoperability. Evaluate and recommend technology platforms and tools that support the enterprise architecture strategy. Provide technical leadership and guidance, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Mentor and coach technical staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and excellence. Qualifications for the Enterprise Architect include: 10+ years of experience in related field Demonstrated experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a comparable senior-level role, with a proven history of designing and implementing enterprise-level architectures Extensive knowledge of architectural frameworks, methodologies, and best practices, including TOGAF, Zachman, and Microservices architecture Must have an Active Secret Clearance Compensation for the Enterprise Architect includes: Salary Range: $160,000 - $170,000 depending on experience Comprehensive Benefits: Cigna Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave if required by law, and Holidays This job opens for applications on 3/12/2025.
