Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the design and integration of Decisions within our customers' enterprise ecosystems. This is a customer-facing, serving as their technical voice, global role that will work across pre-sales and post-sale engagements to ensure architectural alignment, build scalable integration blueprints, and influence product roadmap decisions based on real-world implementation feedback.
You will serve as the technical bridge between our platform and the customer's systems, ensuring smooth onboarding and long-term success with Decisions.
Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with enterprise customers to analyze their existing architecture and recommend optimal Decisions deployment strategies
- Lead the architectural design of integrations with customer systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, core systems, third-party APIs)
- Translate business requirements into scalable, performant, and secure architecture solutions
- Create and maintain architecture artifacts including integration blueprints, reusable solution patterns, and reference implementations
- Participate in customer workshops, discovery sessions, and technical deep dives alongside PS Decisions Tech Leads and Decisions Developers
- Partner with Product Engineering to flag platform gaps, propose enhancements, feature requests, and co-develop technical standards
- Enable internal teams by developing architectural playbooks, onboarding content, and reusable solution kits
- Serve as a trusted advisor and technical escalation point for enterprise-grade implementations
RequirementsMust-Have: - 8+ years of demonstrated experience in designing and delivering complex enterprise software architecture, ideally in SaaS or BPM platforms
- Proven experience with solutioning across hybrid environments (SaaS, on-prem, private cloud)
- Deep understanding of system integration technologies - REST/SOAP APIs, message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ), ETL tools, iPaas solutions and cloud-native event systems
- Hands-on experience integrating with enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics)
- Strong understanding of authentication & authorization frameworks (OAuth2, SAML, OpenID Connect)
- Experience designing and integrating with complex relational and non-relational databases (Microsoft SQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity working with data warehouses (Snowflake).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working across time zones and cultures in a global delivery model
Nice-to-Have: - Familiarity with BPM/low-code platforms like Decisions, Appian, Pega, Mendix, or Unqork
- Experience designing IT architectural solutions for BFSI and Healthcare industry and strong understanding of industry standards ex. GDPR, SOX, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, HL7 FHIR.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerized deployments
- TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) certification, cloud architecture certification (AWS/Azure)
- Experience with GenAI/LLM integration concepts (preferred)
