Akkodis is seeking an
Enterprise Architect for a
Contract job with a client in
Rolling Meadows, IL(Hybrid) . The ideal candidate must have strong Azure architecture experience. They'll lead CI/CD implementation and define infrastructure as code for scalable, consistent deployments.
Rate Range: $53/hour to $68/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Enterprise Architect job responsibilities include: - Design and maintaining the enterprise architecture framework to align IT strategy with business goals.
- Leading the evaluation and selection of technology solutions that support scalable, secure, and cost-effective systems.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define architecture roadmaps and ensure alignment across departments.
- Overseeing the integration of new technologies into existing systems and guiding digital transformation efforts.
- Providing technical leadership and mentoring teams on best practices, standards, and governance.
Desired Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, cloud solutions, or a related technical leadership role.
- Proven experience designing and implementing scalable cloud architecture, preferably on Azure.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform or ARM templates.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge technical and business teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive enterprise-level technology initiatives.

Gopal.Gupta Pay Details: $53.00 to $68.00 per hour
