The ideal candidate will be an expert in designing scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that align with business goals and technological advancements.
Job Responsibilities: - Strategic Development: Support formulation and execution of a coherent infrastructure strategy, encompassing on-premises data centers and multi-cloud environments.
- Architecture Design: Supporting design and implementation of robust infrastructure architectures, ensuring they meet current and anticipated business requirements.
- Hybrid Integration: Support development of strategies for integrating on-premises infrastructure with cloud services, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.
- Technology Assessment: Assess and recommend new technologies or upgrades to existing infrastructure, based on cost-benefit analyses and business needs.
- Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity: Support the establishment and maintenance of disaster recovery and business continuity strategies for on-premises and cloud environments.
- Governance and Compliance: Ensure infrastructure architecture adherence to compliance standards and best practices for both on-premises and cloud.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work with business and IT leaders to understand strategic business needs and translate them into actionable infrastructure initiatives.
- Cost Management: Optimize infrastructure spending by leveraging cost-effective solutions without compromising on reliability or security.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to the infrastructure team, leading capacity planning, and ensuring skill development aligns with technology roadmaps.
