JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced senior enterprise architect with a strong background in Adobe Ad Tech to lead the design and strategic direction of a high-level advertising technology architecture. This role requires a collaborative and proactive professional who can establish a clear Point of View (POV) on the deployment of the ad tech architecture & work closely with client stakeholders to refine and enhance the approach based on their input.

The ideal candidate must possess a "Yes, and" mindset-demonstrating a problem-solving approach that encourages innovation and practical execution. They should be skilled in engaging both business and technical stakeholders, clearly articulating architectural decisions, and thriving in a large enterprise environment.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience Required

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture with a focus on advertising technology.

• Strong expertise in Adobe Ad Tech solutions (Adobe Advertising Cloud, Audience Manager, Adobe Experience Platform, etc.).

• Deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, including programmatic advertising, data management, and customer segmentation.

• Experience designing and implementing architectures for large-scale enterprise environments.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to engage both business and technical teams effectively.

• A proactive and adaptable mindset, embodying a "Yes, and" approach to problem-solving.

• Familiarity with cloud-based architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their integration with ad tech solutions is a plus.

• Experience working in large enterprises and navigating complex stakeholder environments.

• Experience with customer data platforms (CDPs) and identity resolution strategies.

• Knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on ad tech.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

Primary Leadership Activities

• Architectural Design & Strategy: Develop a high-level architecture for the ad tech ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business and technology objectives.

• Point of View Development: Establish a POV on how the architecture can be effectively deployed, addressing scalability, security, and integration concerns.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with business and technical teams, including marketing, IT, and leadership, to capture feedback and refine architectural recommendations.

• Technology Leadership: Represent Adobe Ad Tech best practices, ensuring that the architecture leverages the latest tools and capabilities.

• Enterprise Integration: Ensure seamless integration of Adobe Ad Tech solutions within the broader enterprise technology landscape.

• Communication & Documentation: Clearly articulate architectural principles, trade-offs, and recommendations through presentations, documentation, and stakeholder discussions.

• Cross-Functional Engagement: Work across teams to ensure successful adoption and implementation of the proposed architecture.

• KPI Management: Ensure the architecture is managed according to documented KPIs, such as personalization, driving business outcomes, CPM revenue, and ensuring that booking engines remain operational.

Managing Responsibilities with Stakeholders

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders across the organization. Foster a positive climate to build effective teams that are committed to organizational goals and initiatives.

• Update stakeholders on key initiative wins and opportunities, responds to concerns, and solicits feedback. Engage leadership to develop and execute action plans to address gaps.

The salary range for this position is $141,700 to $221,100 annually. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible to receive an annual bonus and restricted stock units/stock grants.

Washington Applicants Only: Employees will accrue 0.04616 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 7 holidays annually.
