Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Enterprise Applications Analyst to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our enterprise applications to support business processes and improve efficiency. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, implementing solutions, and ensuring optimal performance of enterprise systems to support business objectives. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical, analytical, and communication skills, and has experience working with a variety of enterprise software platforms.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field and/or relevant experience.

Proven experience as an Enterprise Applications Analyst or similar role.

Strong knowledge of enterprise application systems and software.

Experience with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong knowledge of cloud-based enterprise applications including ERP, WMS, EDI, CRM (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), CRM (e.g., Salesforce)

Experience with NetSuite ERP and Softeon WMS is a plus.

Solid Understanding of business processes, workflows etc.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
