SUMMARY: Seeking an
Enterprise Application Administrator with strong experience in managing, maintaining, and securing SQL databases and cloud infrastructure. Tyler Munis ERP experience preferable, but not required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - dminister, configure, and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases to support applications.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and indexes for data integrity and performance
- Ensure data security, backup, and recovery strategies
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uptime and efficiency
- Manage data migrations, integrations, an ETL processes
- Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and data encryption to protect sensitive information
- Manage cloud-based SQL databases
- Collaborate with IT teams to modernize legacy systems and migrate on-premise databases to the cloud
EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: - Strong expertise in SQL Server
- Hands-on experience with Azure SQL
- Experience with Power BI and SSRS
- Knowledge of cloud security frameworks and best practices
WORK-FROM-HOME ACCOMMODATIONS: The City is on a 9/80 work schedule with alternating Fridays off. This position will be able to work remotely two days per week, and with that accommodation, the resource must be available & responsive within 15 minutes via Teams during agreed-upon work hours.
OTHER: - The assignment is temporary and will last 3 to 6 months.
- The final billable pay rate will depend on the candidate's experience.
