Title: Enterprise Agile Coach
Rate: $60 - $70/hr
Location: Columbus, OH or Merrillville, IN (Hybrid - Tuesday & Wednesday Onsite; Starting September 1, Hybrid Will Be Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

Job Summary: We are seeking an
Enterprise Agile Coach to lead and drive agile transformation across the organization. The selected candidate will work closely with teams, leadership, and stakeholders to
promote and implement agile methodologies, lean principles, and cultural change to improve efficiency, collaboration, and delivery outcomes.
The Enterprise Agile Coach will mentor teams on agile best practices, assess agile maturity, and guide leaders in adopting an agile mindset. This role requires a
strategic thinker and hands-on mentor who can bridge gaps between leadership, teams, and business units to ensure sustainable agility within the organization.
This position reports directly to the
Director, IT Business Management and will play a key role in our client
's agile transformation efforts.
Responsibilities: Agile Leadership & Transformation - Lead agile adoption and transformation initiatives across the organization.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, teams, and stakeholders in adopting agile, lean, and complementary methodologies.
- Drive and influence the execution of the agile transformation roadmap.
- Assess organizational agile maturity and provide coaching to improve fluency across teams and business units.
Training, Mentoring, and Coaching - Provide agile coaching and mentoring at all levels, from Scrum Masters and Product Owners to senior executives.
- Develop and deliver customized agile and lean training programs to support agile transformation.
- Guide individuals and teams on Scrum, Kanban, and lean best practices.
- Facilitate Communities of Practice (CoP) and agile working groups.
- Instill a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and transparency.
Metrics, Reporting & Agile Best Practices - Utilize visual management techniques and information radiators to communicate agile adoption progress.
- Track and analyze key agile metrics to measure agility success and identify areas for improvement.
- Work with teams to improve their Scrum, Kanban, and lean execution to deliver high-value outcomes.
- Stay up to date with emerging agile methodologies, leadership strategies, and industry best practices.
Qualifications: Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of IT delivery experience, including experience working on an agile team.
- 4-6 years of enterprise agile transformation experience, preferably in a lead role or agile coaching capacity.
- Experience influencing and leading agile transformations across a large organization.
- Proven ability to mentor and coach teams, leaders, and executives on agile methodologies.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to drive agile adoption and cultural change.
Preferred: - Agile coaching certifications such as:
- Professional Agile Leadership (PAL-E)
- Professional Agile Leadership - Evidence-Based Management (PAL-EBM)
- Professional Scrum with Kanban (PSK)
- Scaled Professional Scrum (SPS)
- Experience in utility or energy industries is a plus.
- Knowledge of agile scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus) is beneficial.
