Job Description:
The Enterprise Account Manager will be responsible for owning and managing one of Cognition's largest automotive agency relationships. This role demands a strategic, client-obsessed individual who can confidently partner with Director and C-suite stakeholders to deliver innovative digital advertising solutions that drive business results. Success in this role requires deep expertise in performance marketing, exceptional relationship management skills, and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures to align with client goals. As an Enterprise Account Manager at Cognition, you will play a key role in fostering long-term client success, driving adoption of Cognition's solutions, and delivering meaningful growth for both the client and Cognition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the strategic lead and day-to-day contact for a major enterprise automotive agency client.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
- Lead account strategy, aligning internal resources across sales, product, and operations to drive measurable client success.
- Conduct regular account reviews, performance analyses, and strategic planning sessions to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Provide proactive, data-driven insights and recommendations to help the client achieve and exceed their advertising objectives.
- Address client issues and opportunities with a sense of urgency and strategic perspective, ensuring an exceptional client experience.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to position Cognition as a forward-thinking partner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, specializing in programmatic media; DV360 expertise preferred.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels, with a strong grasp of both operational details and strategic objectives.
- Skilled at managing time and priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Adept at structuring and executing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and deliverables.
- Proficient across all programmatic channels, including Display, Native, Video, OTT/CTV, and Digital Out-of-Home.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport with clients at every level.
- Strategic, results-oriented thinker with a passion for helping clients achieve and exceed business goals.
- Experienced in navigating dynamic environments while maintaining focus on high-impact outcomes.
- Proficient with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot, and comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for client meetings and internal events
