Additional Notes: Job Description: - Onboarding new locations (creating bulk upload sheets, work orders in salesforce, working with internal cross-functional teams to ensure successful activation, submitting catalog/menu build tickets)
- Supporting team on inbounds related to menu and catalog and submitting relevant tickets to resolve
- Supporting team on monthly and quarterly accounting reports for self-delivery merchants
- Managing all jira/ticket management (catalog, integrations, analytics, data eng, etc.)
- Weekly reporting emails and ad hoc reporting requests
- Running test orders and troubleshooting technical issues
