What We're Looking For:


  • Demonstrable experience in B2B SaaS environments, ideally with exposure to AI or emerging technologies.
  • A consistent track record of high performance and exceeding targets in previous roles.
  • Strong aptitude for engaging and influencing C-level executives and key decision-makers within mid-market to enterprise organizations.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex deals involving multiple stakeholders (e.g., technical, legal, financial).
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage (Seed-Series C) startup environment and is comfortable with ambiguity and building from the ground up.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco, California for an on-site role.

Potential Areas of Impact:


  • Pioneering their enterprise sales motion, moving beyond initial founder-led efforts to build a repeatable and scalable process.
  • Managing the full sales cycle for key accounts, from initial prospecting and qualification through to negotiation, contracting, and closing.
  • Developing and executing innovative strategies to penetrate new markets and cultivate executive-level relationships.
  • Leading compelling product demonstrations and articulating the value proposition to both technical and business audiences.
  • Potentially mentoring and guiding future team members as they grow, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and high performance.
  • Collaborating closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to refine their offerings and GTM strategy based on market feedback.
