What you'll be responsible for:
- Full-cycle sales: Prospect, demo, negotiate, and close deals.
- Develop and refine sales enablement materials (decks, templates, scripts).
- Track and report revenue generation, adapting strategies based on data.
- Collaborate closely with founders, engineers, and the product team.
- Conduct deep market research to continuously sharpen outreach.
- Own and manage the CRM to drive customer engagement and sales efficiency.
About you:
- Strong full-cycle sales experience (prospecting through to closing).
- Highly organized, results-oriented, and driven by personal and team success.
- Comfortable working independently, thriving in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Excellent communicator, skilled at building trust with prospects and internal teams.
- Passionate about AI innovation and the future of recruiting.
Bonus if you have:
- Experience selling into recruiting leaders (HR, staffing, or RPO markets).
- Closed six-figure deals in the past 12 months.
Location: Fully On-Site in San Francisco
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $200k - $300k (50/50 split)
