In this role, you'll enjoy the best of both worlds-75% of your focus will be on hunting new business opportunities, building a pipeline of prospects, and closing deals, while 25% will be on nurturing and expanding relationships with existing accounts. You'll split your time between working in the office and visiting customers in the field, combining strategy with hands-on execution to drive success. What we need in you: We're looking for someone with a proactive hunter mindset and a passion for sales, combined with the ability to cultivate relationships with existing enterprise customers. While your primary focus will be on outbound strategies and building a robust pipeline of new prospects, you'll also manage and grow key accounts to maximize their potential. You'll have the freedom to own your territory and the tools to thrive. This role requires preparation, adaptability, and resilience as we explore new opportunities. What you'll do: Unleash your proven track record of being a go-getter, demonstrating the ability to identify and seize opportunities Build a sales pipeline and acquire new business through field visits, phone, networking, social media, and professional enterprise-level email prospecting outreach Focus primarily on hunting for new opportunities while nurturing key accounts to drive growth. Effectively communicate the value and "Why Frontier" to secure client appointments and address sales objections by highlighting the key features and benefits of our solutions Demonstrate strong business acumen to connect client objectives and challenges with Frontier's business solutions, tailored to drive mutually beneficial outcomes Identify and develop executive relationships with newly identified prospects and decision-makers, building your portfolio to close deals and generate revenue Partner with pre-and post-sales support to enhance customer relationships, deliver solutions, and increase revenue Understand our suite of tech offerings including Enterprise Voice Solutions, Managed Dedicated Internet Access, VoIP, EVPL, ELAN, Managed Security, and Managed Wireless LAN to become a solution-based seller What we offer: Nothing is more important to our success than the team that built it.
