Enterprise Account Executive - Automotive Services

Location: Phoenix, AZ or Remote

Our Conversational AI platform answers every call instantly, books appointments, and routes inquiries to the right location or team member - 24/7, without relying on overwhelmed staff. We help operators convert more inbound demand while streamlining front-desk chaos.


As our Automotive Services Enterprise AE, you'll own the sales motion into multi-location quick lube, tire, and repair chains. You'll partner directly with owners, operations leaders, and regional managers to show them how AI can increase car count and reduce missed revenue - without hiring more staff.


You'll work closely with marketing and product to tailor vertical-specific campaigns and messaging, but this is a hunter-closer role.



Outcomes You'll Own

  • Closed revenue from national and regional auto service businesses
  • Expansion into multi-location repair, lube, and tire groups
  • Short sales cycles with fast go-lives and measurable ROI
  • Voice-of-the-customer feedback to help shape our product and GTM


Responsibilities

  • Run full-cycle sales: outbound, demo, proposal, negotiation, close
  • Sell into business owners, GMs, and ops leaders at quick lube, auto repair, and tire chains
  • Build ROI-driven business cases around missed call conversion, car count, and appointment booking
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and campaign plays for the auto services vertical
  • Forecast deals accurately in HubSpot and manage your territory like a GM
  • Represent Revmo at auto aftermarket events and industry meetups


Must-Haves

  • 4-8 years of B2B SaaS or technology sales experience
  • Experience selling into automotive services: quick lube, tire, repair, or similar verticals
  • Strong ability to create urgency and connect product benefits to revenue impact
  • Consultative approach: you know how to listen, frame pain, and close

Bonus Points For

  • Rolodex of contacts in the auto aftermarket world - operators, franchisors, industry groups
  • Familiarity with shop systems (BayIQ, Shopmonkey, Mitchell1, etc.)
  • Previous success selling scheduling, communications, or voice automation tools
  • Passion for simplifying operations and helping local businesses scale smarter
