Enrollment Advisor (Contract-to-Permanent)

What You'll Do:

Engage & Convert - Take prospective applicants from inquiry to enrollment, helping them start their journey toward teacher certification.
High-Volume Outreach - Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to keep candidates moving through the process.
Consult & Advise - Become an expert in state-specific certification requirements (AL, AZ, FL, IN, MI, NV, NC, SC) to provide clear guidance.
Sales Mindset - Confidently explain program benefits, overcome objections, and inspire candidates to take the next step.
Collaborate & Represent - Work closely with state operations teams and represent the program at job fairs and marketing events.

What We're Looking For:

️ Experience: 1-2 years in customer service, sales, or enrollment advising.
️ Communication Skills: Clear, persuasive, and empathetic-able to build relationships and close the enrollment process.
️ Problem-Solving Ability: Proactively address concerns and troubleshoot obstacles to keep applicants on track.
️ Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
️ Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with performance-based targets.
