Enrollment Office Assistant - Work Study

Description

Life University is looking for an enrollment work study who will perform a variety of administrative and customer service functions in support of the internal teams within Enrollment.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with Supervisor to solidify and follow work schedule.

2. Use ADP to report time, arrivals and departures.

3. Communicate in timely manner with supervisor and other leads as necessary, related to time-reporting, and all other work-related aspects, such as projects, etc.

4. Receive training, coaching and guidance on all procedures related to functions to be performed. This may include materials requests, calling campaigns and projects, using various software such as Perceptive Content/Image Now, CRM, and ERP/Colleague, etc.

5. Process (prepare and package) recruitment materials requests according to applicable guidelines.

6. Open and prep/distribute mail according to guidelines, and prep data and documents for imaging process.

7. May assist with imaging functions, performing scanning, indexing, linking to records functions, etc.

8. Perform Data entry and/or quality control or assurance practices for various teams/projects.

9. Assist with filing, typing, copying and sending communications (using various formats, electronic or hardcopy).

10. Assist in maintaining organization of office supplies and materials. May be asked to retrieve and/or count and keep track of inventory.

11. Assist with errands such as pick-up or delivery of supplies and or office supplies.

12. Field and make telephones and take messages.

13. Serve in the front lobby as a concierge to greet and host walk-ins, field calls, and more.

14. Be prepared to provide campus tour, if/when needed.

15. Contact prospective students.

16. Perform other tasks as assigned.

17. Report hours worked in ADP each week, on time.

18. Provide supervisor with a Work Study Referral form each quarter.

19. Students may or may not perform all task listed per supervisor's request.

Requirements

1. Must be a degree-seeking Life University student with a friendly and cooperative personality with talents and motivation aligned with essential position functions.

2. Worker must have good organizational, communication, and typing skills.

3. Must be able to accept work study positions.

4. Must be able to work 2 hour shifts at minimum and at least 10 hours per week (not counting the pre-established non-student worker work periods).

Physical Demands

1. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
