Job Description


Only qualified Enrollment Material Analyst candidates located near the Lake Mary, FL area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence


Required Skills for the Data Entry and Analysis Specialist:

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Basic knowledge of Group Benefits insurance products, enrollment types and medical. underwriting guidelines.



• Basic knowledge of Case Management.


Responsibilities:



• Maintain and manage work queue, interacting directly with business partners to consult on processes and deliverables.



• Contribute to the development of new or enhanced processes, materials, and offerings, participating in the implementation of approved ideas.



• Collaborate with team members and representatives from other departments to ensure customer expectations are met.



• Deliver consistently accurate and cost-effective materials for standard and non-standard enrollment requests.



• Develop and maintain expertise on team procedures, policies, and end-to-end enrollment processes in an ever-changing environment.
