Role: Engineering Team Leader
location: Northampton
Salary: 60,000 - 70,000 per annum
Shift: Days Monday - Friday
We are currently recruiting for an Engineering Team Leader to join our fast paced manufacturing business based in Northampton. The Team Leader will be working Monday - Friday Days.
The Engineering Team Leader will be:
- leading the maintenance team
- managing day to day maintenance and operational support of the production area
- Hands on as and when necessary
- Involved with continuous improvement
Candidate
- Experience within a supervisor or Team Leader position
- a strategic approach
- experience of working within a food/beverage or FMCG background.
