Location: Rochester, Kent
Salary: Up to £58,000 depending on skills and experience

- Supporting our drive to innovative test solutions, maximising automation
- Championing team performance and development
- Managing schedule adherence and cost control
- Lifecycle, risk, and opportunity management
- Leading stakeholder project reviews
- Supporting across the bid lifecycle
- Pro-active sub-contractor management
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Experience of working in an engineering environment
- Experience of equipment design
- Educated to degree level or equivalent working experience
- Proven team leader or management background
- Solutions provider with a thinking outside the box approach

As an Engineering Team Leader, you will work as part of an integrated project team developing innovative Test Equipment solutions using the latest technology, welcoming new ideas and approaches, supporting the program, repairs, and aftermarket service.
