As an Engineering Support Manager, you will ensure customer satisfaction is central to our operations, supervise and coordinate branch activities, and deputise for the Branch Manager when needed.

What you'll need:
- Excellent communication skills and experience working on customer sites
- Experience in the lifting equipment industry
- Background in testing environments
- Experience with heavy lifting gear or a strong mechanical engineering background
- Competence in inspecting lifting equipment according to LOLER and PUWER standards
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to understand and meet customer needs
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Ownership and responsibility-taking capabilities
- Adaptability to change in a dynamic environment
