As an Engineering Support Manager, you will ensure customer satisfaction is central to our operations, supervise and coordinate branch activities, and deputise for the Branch Manager when needed.

What you'll need:

  • Excellent communication skills and experience working on customer sites
  • Experience in the lifting equipment industry
  • Background in testing environments
  • Experience with heavy lifting gear or a strong mechanical engineering background
  • Competence in inspecting lifting equipment according to LOLER and PUWER standards
  • Customer-focused approach with the ability to understand and meet customer needs
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Ownership and responsibility-taking capabilities
  • Adaptability to change in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to support your team in delivering our ESG Strategy - Decade to Deliver
