Our client is a leading food manufacturer who has shown consistent growth since starting up. Due to continued business and expansion, they are looking to add a Team Leader to the night shift overseeing 4 Engineers.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage 4 Engineers across 2 shifts
- Get involved in CAPEX Projects
- Conduct Root Cause analysis and continuous improvements across the site
- Manage and drive team KPIs
- Manage the PPM Schedule
- Perform hands-on maintenance & repairs to production machinery
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- A recognised engineering qualification (ideally NVQ level 3 or higher)
- Experience within an FMCG industry - ideally food
- Experience leading a team of engineers
- Be multiskilled with solid mechanical & electrical abilities
