Yoh's client L3Harris is looking for a highly skilled Engineering Specialist with a strong background in RF Circuit Design and troubleshooting to the component level to join the Rochester NY. Team.

Responsibilities:
  • Board level modifications, troubleshooting, testing, and repairing hardware
  • Assembly/disassembly of equipment and fixturing for tactical radio accessory products
  • Evaluating designs for testability and working with In-Circuit Test (ICT), functional board level testing, unit and system level testing, and coverage analysis
  • PWB level modification and build experience (SMT devices, removal, soldering)
  • Fixture design and assembly (basic mechanical skills)
  • Measuring key performance parameters using analyzers, generators, oscilloscopes, and meters
  • Knowledge of IPC-610, IPC-620, and IPC-7711/7721 (certification preferred)
  • Cable building and repair experience
  • Understanding of software-defined radio products and communications
  • Experience with automation systems including electronic test
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of IPC-610, IPC-620, and IPC-7711/7721 (certification preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical technology, or a 2-year degree with equivalent experience
  • Successful completion of drug testing, criminal background check, and proof of US citizenship
