ENGINEERING MANAGER

Location: Murray, UT

Reports to: Site Leader

Compensation: $135 - $150K + bonus

Your Role:

You'll play a vital role in optimizing our manufacturing operations by leading a high-performing team focused on improving efficiency, quality, and cost. Your leadership will empower engineers and technicians to solve complex problems, enhance processes, and drive continuous improvement - all while upholding the highest standards of safety, compliance, and collaboration. This role is a critical bridge between cross-functional teams and our mission to deliver durable, high-quality products.


What You'll Do:

  • Lead and develop a team of engineers and technicians, fostering collaboration and accountability
  • Oversee execution of engineering projects focused on process improvement, automation, and equipment upgrades
  • Drive lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement activities across the production floor
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet quality, regulatory, and production objectives
  • Manage project budgets, support capital planning, and lead-cost reduction efforts
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards, including ISO 13485 and FDA guidelines
  • Promote a culture of safety, innovation, and operational excellence throughout the organization

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required; Master's or MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in medical device, pharma, or other regulated industry
  • 3+ years of leadership experience with a proven track record of building teams and building accountability
  • Strong background with Lean, Six Sign, or other CI methodologies
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD/SolidWorks, ERP systems, and other platforms
  • Outstanding knowledge of manufacturing processes
  • Exceptional project management, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
