About the Role:

We're looking for an Engineering Manager with deep technical expertise and strong leadership capabilities to guide the design, development, testing, and sustaining engineering of our innovative mass spectrometry systems.

This is more than a management role-it's a mission-critical position that influences product innovation, engineering excellence, and customer satisfaction from concept to market.


What You'll Do:

  • Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams through the complete product lifecycle-from concept and prototyping to commercialization and support.
  • Drive rigorous engineering practices, ensuring project success with clear timelines, risk mitigation, and quality compliance.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop top engineering talent in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  • Continuously improve engineering methods, tools, and design standards to boost efficiency and innovation.
  • Collaborate across departments, including Product Management, Quality, and Manufacturing, to align engineering solutions with business objectives.
  • Support regulatory compliance (e.g., IEC standards) and contribute to CapEx planning and safety initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Physics, or Software preferred).
  • 10+ years of engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proven track record managing complex projects and delivering results on time and within budget.
  • Strong communication and team-building skills, especially across global or multicultural teams.
  • Familiarity with mass spectrometry, analytical instruments, and regulatory requirements (NRTL).
  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile or Waterfall). PMP certification is desirable.
