Hours of work: 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8am to 4pm

About the role:
The engineering manager is a key role, reporting directly to the chief executive officer. The successful postholder will be responsible for the strategic management of all bridge and highway engineering assets including maintenance, repair and improvement across a varied and complex portfolio, to ensure safe, sustainable and continued use by our 10 million customers every year.

You'll be a qualified and experienced engineering professional with a strong track record in leading and delivering multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects, with in-depth knowledge of long-span bridges, asset management, commercial awareness, and proven leadership. You will also have excellent communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills to ensure success in this role.
