Position Overview

Reporting directly into the Global Director, you will be in charge of maximizing sales output by deploying Electronics Engineering resources for the region towards influencing customer requirements, applying designs to sales opportunities, and acting as customer interface during program execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Well informed roadmap of customer, product, and technology trends in the region.
  • Maximize product reuse and negotiated customer requirements.
  • Own RFQ/RFI and change management priority, including reporting out.
  • Ensure System requirements are complete, clear, aligned with customer and aligned with Global engineering centre.
  • Good alignment between all stakeholders including PowerPoint Presentations for internal reviews and customer interaction.
  • Manage the Electronics validation for System, Hardware, Software, EMC and Environmental tests are completed successfully.
  • Manage PCBA drawing updates, version control and ECN process in a structured way.
  • Manage and support test chain EOLT requirements and implementation in regard to electronics and system EOLT.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Team building, leadership and mentoring.
  • Good communicator, interfacing to our Global engineering centre, customer, supplier, manufacturing, mechanics, sales, and program management.
  • Familiar with automotive system architecture.
  • Experience in system requirements management.
