Job Description: Client is looking for an entry level candidate for their Engineering Team that has very strong customer service skills along with knowledge of automotive components.
Job Responsibilities: - Compiling customer information
- Creating & conducting mailings for both CA and MI
- Sorting responses
- Conducting phone screenings
- Greeting customers
- Conducting vehicle inspections
- Washing and cleaning vehicles
- Completing MVR checks
- W9 documentation
- Running vehicle history
- Completing procurement agreements and vehicle documentation.
- Support / assist current staff with miscellaneous certification & compliance activities.
Required Qualifications: - Candidate should have good communication skills, being able to handle communications both internally & externally, with at least 1-year customer service experience
- Candidate will need to have excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Candidate should have a willingness to learn additional skills and take ownership of job and tasks.
- Proficient in MS office programs (MS Word, MS Excel), office equipment and basic knowledge of vehicle components.
Additional Information: - This is a 6 -12 month contract assignment.
- High School Diploma required.
