Schedule: On-site/hybrid (3-4 days onsite and 1-2 off site)
Role Overview:
As a Cost Account Manager (CAM) on the Space Force MUOS program, you'll collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure successful execution of one or more MUOS Task Orders. This role requires strong communication and CAM skills.

CAM-Specific Skillsets:
- Assist in the successful execution and delivery of Task Orders within cost and schedule parameters, including CGN, Sales, and Margin expectations to GDMS
- Support execution of EVM contracts as a CAM
- Generate internal and external briefing reports
- Collaborate with Program Finance, Program Management, and the Deputy Program Manager of Engineering to define financial expectations in Fiscal Plan development
- Support development of resource-loaded Control Account schedules
- Assist in the establishment of Control Account Plans (CAPs)
- Request and manage open/close charge numbers
- Review weekly labor reports and subcontractor data, including estimated costs
- Support development of Baseline Change Requests (BCRs)
- Develop and manage performance measurement metrics
- Coordinate with Engineering to status schedules and develop Estimates to Complete (ETC)
- Participate in program reviews, including Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report (IPMDAR)
- Perform Control Account analysis, including rate impacts
- Support Engineering Status Reviews and Program Management Reviews
- Contribute to Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) preparation (if applicable)
Excel and Power BI Skillsets:
- Advanced proficiency with Excel formulas: INDEX/MATCH, COUNTIFS, macros, and pivot tables
- Skilled in data transformation and Power Queries (Excel & Power BI)
- Competent in data visualization using charts and graphs in Excel and Power BI

Requirements:
- Requires a Bachelor's degree
- Requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree with 3+ years of job-related experience.
- Agile experience is preferred.
Clearance Requirements:
- A Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at the time of hire.
- Candidates must be able to obtain a Secret clearance within a reasonable timeframe.
- Applicants may be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
