Project Coordinator II

Work Model: Hybrid (In-Office: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday; Remote: Wednesday, Friday)
Role Overview:
The Project Coordinator II will play a key role in managing and supporting the coordination of cross-functional teams to ensure the successful, timely, and cost-effective delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will bring 4-7 years of project coordination experience, with a focus on liquid or natural gas pipelines, and will support the implementation and management of complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive project success.
- Support the implementation, coordination, and management of assigned projects from initiation to completion.
- Identify project needs and requisition external engineering support as required.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, define milestones, and manage critical paths to ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate and actively participate in project-related meetings, drafting meeting agendas and minutes.
- Review, track, and manage project documentation, including regulatory and internal documents.
- Upload and maintain project documents in tracking databases in a timely and accurate manner.
- Oversee tracking tools, project metrics, and project calendars to ensure accurate reporting and progress.
- Coordinate and arrange travel for project-related activities as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree (or internationally recognized equivalent).
- 4-7 years of project coordination or support experience, particularly with liquid or natural gas pipelines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Windows applications.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Engineering background or PMP certification is highly preferred.
