Employer Description

Amarinth is a world-leading, net-zero designer and manufacturer of low lifecycle cost centrifugal pumps and associated equipment. Their primary markets include offshore and onshore oil & gas industries, nuclear and renewable energy generation, defence, desalination, and other process and industrial markets.

Main Duties
  • Develop core skills to create 3D CAD models using SolidWorks, producing bespoke engineering solutions that are practical, viable, and compliant with industry standards.
  • Produce accurate bills of material (BOMs), drawings, and technical documentation within prescribed timelines.
  • Understand customer requirements, participate in clarification meetings, and review project specifications.
  • Create detailed BOMs, ensuring material and quality conformity to customer specifications.
  • Review sub-order component documentation for technical compliance.
  • Produce 3D CAD models, manufacturing, assembly drawings, and customer-related documents.
  • Support the Contracts Department in resolving technical issues by proposing and justifying solutions.
  • Use SolidWorks and the company's modular methodology to generate bespoke pump assemblies.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers, both verbally and in writing, to gather information for the design process.
  • Ensure all solutions follow good engineering practices, are fit-for-purpose, and safe.
  • Define material testing and certification requirements clearly for all parts.
Entry Requirements

Minimum of 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English at grade 5 or above - Essential.
