Oxford Solutions has a contract to hire opportunity with our client seeking an Engineering Administrative Assistant to support engineering team with a variety of administrative and project-related tasks. This role involves assisting with documentation, project coordination, and ensuring smooth workflow within the department.
Responsibilities - Draft and review correspondence, reports, and other engineering-related documents
- Assist in preparing engineering project documents, including permits, bid reports, pre-construction documents, and drawings
- Edit and format documents, including working with PDFs
- Maintain project files and records
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of project-related materials
- Provide general administrative support to the engineering team
Qualifications - At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an engineering or technical environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience editing and managing PDF files
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
