You will engage with project leadership and Softkill Coordination Subsystem (SKCS) system administrators to setup and configure any new test assets received. You will maintain configuration control of local SKCS test assets and work with system administrators for system updates, troubleshooting, IA compliance, and to ensure system backups are in place for system restoration. You will conduct dry runs, including troubleshooting of system configurations. You will document troubleshooting issues, steps, and system configurations used for each test and write system scripts to facilitate system install/restoration/troubleshooting/analysis. You will support SKCS Integration and Test daily scrums and take daily action based on team needs and Integration and Test Lead's guidance by assisting testers with ticket verification and support meetings as required by SKCS project leadership. You will support the Integration and Test team to troubleshoot any system anomalies as well as troubleshoot test setup including operating system configuration issues. You will maintain network configurations for local and external testing. You will help train the Integration and Test Team on troubleshooting methodologies.
