Role Description: Need to be at onsite
• Making updates to LabView based test fixtures.
• Creating Work Instructions/Standard Work for editing LabView codes on specialized test fixtures.
• Creating brand new LabView based test fixtures
• On time delivery of assigned tasks
• Create and execute test strategy, plans, and protocols for characterization, verification, and validation to demonstrate compliance to the requirements and troubleshoot test errors.
• Provide feedback to engineers on design that can be improved for usability and/or reliability.
• Conduct and/or supervise tests and prepare reports of test results, including tests involved running software and hardware in the lab
• Document any abnormal findings while performing testing and work with development to troubleshoot and root cause the finding. Competencies: EIS : Embedded Digital Hardware Design and Development Experience (Years): 2-4 Essential Skills: Bachelors/Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics or related fields
• Interface LabVIEW with hardware (e.g., oscilloscopes, sensors, power supplies, etc.) for controlling experiments, data acquisition, and automated testing.
• Use LabView and software interfaces to process signals from various measurement devices and analyze their data.
• Worked with automated test benches and systems for continuous monitoring, control, and validation of hardware under various conditions using LabVIEW
• Experience in creating documentation for using test fixtures which uses LabView Codes
• Created and executed test strategy, plans, and protocols for characterization, verification, and validation to demonstrate compliance to the requirements and troubleshoot test errors.
• Strong documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English reading and writing.
• Good interpersonal skills to interact with cross functional teams and able to explain difficult or sensitive information and to build consensus
• Ability to work independently, with minimal guidance and on cross functional teams. Ability to solve complex problems.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Desirable Skills: Excellent teamwork, coordination, and communication skills
• Self-starter, energizing, results oriented, and able to multi-task
• Ability to work with cross functional teams
• Ability to meet aggressive reliability, performance, cost, serviceability, and delivery targets.
