Your Key Responsibilities
- Participate in comprehensive evaluations of customer needs, forming the foundation for application development efforts.
- Assist in converting customer requirements into precise technical specifications, followed by a four-eyes principle review and release.
- Oversee technical project management duties with diligence and expertise.
- Design and develop applications in alignment with agreed-upon specifications.
- Aid in the external release of products, ensuring customers receive the best possible solution.
- Provide technical expertise to the sales team, fostering new business opportunities.
- Engage in local Product Management tasks, including launches, marketing strategies, roadmaps, and sharing success stories.
- Facilitate both internal and external technical training sessions focused on Linear Motion products.
Your Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand complex engineering concepts and effectively communicate solutions to customers
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required
- External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
