Volt DTS is searching for a
Structures Technician to support a key client, located in the
Milwaukee, WI area
. In this role you will have the opportunity to become part of a prestigious team of innovative professionals.
As a
Structures Test Technician, you will learn to:
- Follow work order instructions to implement test requirements
- Maintain, calibrate and apply instrumentation
- Fabricate customized transducersModify parts for installation of instrumentationFabrication of test fixtures
- Operate data acquisition systems to collect data from sensors in support of testing
- Operate test equipment: replicate or measure desired responses in the test environment (servo-hydraulic and electro-dynamic)Write engineering reports that documents the test environment for knowledge capture
This is a
full-time, contingent opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Manufacturing or Field Engineeing experience
- Love of the development of motorcycles
- Worked with power sports or powertrain of any kind
- Experience analyzing test data
- Love of working with transducers and engines
Pay Rate: $30 00 per hour Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
