Role Overview: We are looking for a
Engagement Specialist to support the onboarding and training of retailers using Xarvio FIELD MANAGER. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth digital transition for customers, providing guidance, and strengthening relationships to drive successful adoption.
Key Responsibilities: - Assist customers in successfully integrating Xarvio FIELD MANAGER into their daily operations.
- Accompany agronomists on farmer/customer visits to facilitate onboarding.
- Partner with the Xarvio FIELD MANAGER commercial team to target key geographies and agronomists.
- Collaborate with local BASF contacts to enable strong partnerships.
Delivery Assurance: - Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs and training sessions.
- Provide feedback to the Xarvio FIELD MANAGER UI/UX team for continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular evaluations of the onboarding process and suggest enhancements.
- Assist in data ingestion as needed to support a seamless customer experience.
Skills & Qualifications: Based in USA. Preferred locations: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, and Ohio.
Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agribusiness, or a related field (preferred).
2-5 years of experience in onboarding, training, or agricultural-related fields.
High comfort level with digital tools and data management.
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the United States or Canada.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with BASF product portfolio.
- Knowledge of best practices in onboarding and training.
- Ag retail experience.
