Role Overview

As an Engagement Manager, you will own the end-to-end success of enterprise customer implementations - from the moment the deal is closed to go-live. You'll act as the quarterback driving internal teams, aligning with customer stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless, value-driven onboarding experience. Your work directly impacts time-to-value, customer satisfaction, and expansion opportunities.


What You'll Do

  • Own the implementation lifecycle for large enterprise customers - ensuring smooth onboarding and rapid deployment.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Solutions Engineers, and Product to tailor implementations to customer workflows.
  • Define and manage project plans, timelines, and success criteria from kickoff through go-live.
  • Serve as the primary post-sale point of contact, building trust with key customer stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and bottlenecks early, and proactively drive solutions and communication.
  • Translate business goals into solution configurations and deliverables alongside technical teams.
  • Ensure smooth handoff to Customer Success post-implementation with full context and documentation.
  • Influence product roadmap by synthesizing learnings from the field into actionable feedback.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-6 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, customer implementations, or consulting roles
  • Background in enterprise customer management, project delivery, or technical account management
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills - you can juggle multiple accounts and timelines
  • Ability to translate complex workflows into actionable implementation plans
  • Tech-savvy, with comfort diving into APIs, workflows, and enterprise systems (e.g., ERPs, CRMs, OCR platforms)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Bonus: experience in automation, AI/ML SaaS, or document workflow platforms
