Description:
SAP DATA MIGRATION SME We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert in Data Migration Responsibilities:
• Responsible for interacting with various business stakeholders for creating and finalizing data migration strategy, creating the migration plan and procedures and performing the data migration.
• Responsible for creating and presenting the status reports to clients on data migration.
• Responsible for executing data migration activities from various sources to target applications. Skill set required:
• MUST HAVE SAP MDG experience
• Overall 12 years of experience in IT. Minimum of 8 years of experience in data migration.
• Demonstrate experience in the definition and implementation of the strategy and solution to support the migration of legacy data into the SAP Application.
• Experience in the identification and qualification of source data to satisfy master and transactional data requirements for the customer application.
• Investigate source system for data availability and accuracy. Design and implement processes to ensure data quality.
• HANDS ON 10 yrs Experience in SAP BODS, IS, SLT, DMC, and other Data Migration tools
• Experience to lead data assessment and mapping activities, and architect the underlying migration framework to extract, transform, validate, enrich and load the legacy source data.
• Execute technical leadership on the use of the technology platform and tools to perform the profiling and migration of legacy data.
• Demonstrate exerience in planning and managing the efforts of technical developers
• Develop a Data Migration Test Plan to support validation of extracted/transformed data by stakeholders and manage the plan prior to delivery of data for any mock migration or cutover activity.
• Coordinate data validations and business sign off
