About This Role
iQuanti is seeking an Engagement Director to drive engagement in for an existing high-priority account and identify opportunities within these engagements. As a member of iQuanti's Client Services team, the Engagement Director is responsible for all areas of client delivery and overall relationship health.
This role requires familiarity with all aspects of clients' business, as well as the ability to mine new business opportunities by building relationships across client organizations, mapping key decision makers and areas of opportunity, and developing thought leadership and frameworks for growth.
The Engagement Director must be collaborative and team-oriented and possess excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as the connective tissue between teams by helping prioritize work, streamline communications, and elevate issues that need leadership support.
- Understand key aspects of clients' multiple lines of business, including growth goals, customer targets and organizational priorities
- Partner with solution and engagement teams to develop and deploy digital marketing strategies across SEO, content strategy, content production, UX and web analytics
- Translate client pain points and business priorities into briefs, roadmaps, and deliverables for internal teams
- Grow client accounts by owning proposals for emerging opportunities and driving them through inception, nurture, negotiation, and close
- Manage multiple workstreams across delivery, content, and strategy
- Support day-to-day client interactions
- Maintain visibility into projects' revenue, margin, and resource needs
- Review and refine client deliverables to maximize quality and impact
- Ensure client reporting is polished, outcome-driven, and tied to clear next steps
- Identify potential project risks, address project slippage, and develop strategies to mitigate risk
- Collaborate internally to ensure timely reporting of forecasts, realization of income, and adherence to client agreements and commercial terms
The Ideal Candidate Will
- Have 5+ years of account management experience in digital marketing
- Have 2+ years of SEO experience (deep expertise not required but must have a strong conceptual foundation)
- Have experience in the financial services vertical
- Demonstrate the ability to grow revenue within client relationships
- Have experience driving program success with tangible metrics
- Demonstrate the ability to align and lead global teams across cities, cultures, and time zones
- Be impeccably organized in both independent and collaborative settings
- Display exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Be proficient at interpreting client data, identifying performance challenges, and activating the team on potential solutions
- Be a proficient user of workflow management tools
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of digital performance marketing platforms, including web analytics, CMS platforms, SEO research and auditing tools, and more
- Be comfortable with ambiguity and possess a willingness to flex between big-picture strategy and tactical details
- Be proactive and solution-oriented, naturally taking the initiative as opportunities arise
- Bring curiosity, humility, and a collaborative mindset, knowing when to lead, when to support, and when to ask questions
Salary: $140K - $165K/yr
