Responsibilities The Engagement & Administration Specialist performs a variety of administrative duties for the Chief Philanthropy Officer in assigned areas of responsibility. This position also coordinates the successful implementation of theorganization's internal and external communications plans, with strategies to support the organization's business priorities and brand promise.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism or a related field, or a combination of education and/or additional job related experience in lieu of the degree required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in communications, journalism, or a related field with experience with writing and editing required. Digital media, design and/or fundraising experience preferred.
  • Excellence in writing, editing, desktop applications (Microsoft Office Suite) and word processing is essential.
  • Must have excellent organizational and communication skills, experience in multi-taskcoordination, and the ability to relate to a variety of personalities.
