Responsible for:
Complete management of designated key accounts and developing new business.
II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop account plan to maximize account penetration
Develop organization chart of account and identify, meet and develop relationships with all key buying influences
Understand the business drivers of the account
Understand the financial decision criteria of the account
Understand the personal wins of the key buying influences of the account
Develop and maintain "blue-sheets" for key opportunities
Identify upcoming projects
Work with owner to influence "flat specification" or "preferred" status
Work with consulting engineers to influence specification
Work with bidding contractors to influence bid-day results
Estimate and bid projects (or team with appropriate salespeople)
Manage and maximize the value added services provided by Syserco to the account
Sell new service agreements and adds & upgrades to existing service agreements
Adhere to Syserco's policies and procedures, HR, safety plan and others
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Strong negotiating and estimating skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and unsupervised
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Analytical and financial management skills
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Experience in Building Automation Systems or a BS degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
Understand BASE, SPIN (or equivalent)
Understand financial and strategic selling
