Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Energy Efficiency Program Manager to join their team. This position is located in Denver, Colorado.


Duties:

  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and monitoring of the an energy efficiency software including integration of equipment level or "submetering" data for selected sites
  • Manage dashboard and visualization, data design and filtering requirements for reports to business units from within the platform
  • Develop internal framework for managing and collecting real-time data in the energy efficiency platform
  • Support cross-functional stakeholders for collecting site information for sites as part of an energy efficiency program from business planners and site managers
  • Track project progress, timelines, and budgets
  • Analyze energy data to measure performance and savings
  • Prepare and present reports on project outcomes and ROI
  • Support continuous process improvements, analysis, audits and reporting on energy efficiency initiatives and associated data
  • Research individual topics as requested on operational practices, energy efficiency, energy management and eco-design

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in sustainability, environmental sciences, energy management, sustainable building design, environmental engineering or related field
  • Ability to consolidate tabs from different spreadsheets, use existing formulas and functionality such as VLOOKUP
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience using online content management and collaboration tools including exporting data or scorecards from established dashboard platforms
  • Experience onboarding or management of energy software - such as equipment- or site-level submetering software is a plus
  • Real estate project management experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of real estate financial planning and budgeting is a plus
  • Knowledge of the telecommunications, technology and connectivity industries is a plus
  • Sustainable building certifications such as LEED and/or WELL certification is a plus

Salary range based on years of experience/skills, starting at $85,000+.
